If you’re looking for a review that is sugar coated this isn’t it. Kent was exactly what I needed to sell my house. We started off by reviewing the entire house so I could develop the “fix up list”. Doing this gave me an idea of the time required to get my house ready for the market. Kent gave me ideas along with suggestions that would help when we went to market with an asking price. All along during my project Kent checked in on the items and was very pleased with the outcome and time line. We went to market and exceeded my expectations on a final price. What a great outcome it was after all the time that was put into getting my house ready.
